My Terms and Conditions

For all treatments booked, I kindly ask for a deposit of 50% of the treatment charge, the remainder will be paid after your treatment.

Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment.

Preference to book one month in advance.

A non-refundable 50% deposit must be paid for Parties at Home in advance. The party host can have a treatment up to the value of 50% at the party, without charge. Parties at Home bookings can only be held for up to 5 working days pending deposit.

If  cancellation notice is less than 48 hours, the full cost of the treatment will still be charged.

I understand that sometimes you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment of any changes. If you are not at home when I arrive at your house or if you do not turn up at my treatment room, you may be liable to pay for the cost of the treatment.

Please note : Vouchers or Gifts are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.

Disclaimed, this treatment is not part of medical. and we still use a consultation form for contra-indication check before given treatments.
